Overview
We ship all Auline orders from our fulfillment center in the United States. Most orders are processed and on their way within 1–2 business days.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package in real time. If you haven't received tracking info within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at support@byauline.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check around your delivery area and with neighbors
- Wait 2 business days — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early
- Contact us at support@byauline.com and we'll investigate and make it right
Auline is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation, but we'll do our best to help.
Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us immediately at support@byauline.com. We can update your address if the order hasn't shipped yet. Once shipped, we cannot make changes.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned.
