We want you to love your Auline jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right — no hassle, no runaround.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and undamaged
- In its original packaging
- Free of scratches, bends, or signs of wear
Non-returnable items:
- Personalized or engraved pieces (unless defective or incorrect)
- Items returned after 30 days
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@byauline.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label
- Drop off the package within 7 days of receiving the label
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 additional business days for your bank to process the amount.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.).
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges on all non-personalized items within 30 days. Contact us and we'll ship your new item as soon as we receive the return.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and packaging
We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
365-Day Tarnish-Free Guarantee
Every Auline piece is made from PVD-coated stainless steel — built to last. If your jewelry tarnishes or discolors within 365 days of purchase, we'll replace it for free.
This guarantee covers:
- Tarnishing and discoloration
This guarantee does not cover:
- Physical damage (bending, scratching, breaking)
- Damage from chemicals, chlorine, or improper care
To claim your guarantee, email us with your order number and a photo.
Sale Items
Items purchased at full price are eligible for full refunds. Sale or discounted items are eligible for store credit only.
