Digital Products — No Refunds

All products sold by Auline (operated by Tenet AS) are digital products delivered immediately upon payment. Because the report is generated and made available to you at the moment of purchase, we are unable to offer refunds.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your report after payment, contact us at hello@byauline.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Exceptions

In the rare case of a duplicate charge or payment error, we will issue a full refund. Contact us within 14 days of purchase.
